OuiavNa™ is owned and operated by Xiamen Shudang Technology Co., Ltd. An order submitted through ouiavna.com is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the other policies made available on this website. Submitting an order acknowledges those purchase terms.

Before completing checkout

We take reasonable care with descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials, included components, stock availability, and prices. Lighting, screens, and normal manufacturing variation can cause minor appearance or color differences. Genuine mistakes may be corrected and product information updated when necessary.

Payment is processed in United States Dollars (USD). Checkout displays prices, discounts, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the final total before payment. By supplying payment details, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Order review and acceptance

An order may still require checks of payment, stock, the delivery address, fraud risk, or legal restrictions. Where reasonably necessary, we may limit, refuse, or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, a material pricing or information mistake, unauthorized resale activity, or applicable legal restrictions. If collected payment relates to a canceled order, an appropriate refund is made to the original payment method.

Delivery arrangements

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Estimated standard U.S. carrier transit is generally 5–12 business days after dispatch. The Shipping Policy explains tracking, international-delivery conditions, and support for delayed or missing parcels.

Returns and order changes

Eligible products have a 30-calendar-day return window after confirmed delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us for authorization, instructions, and the correct return warehouse before sending goods. Submit cancellation or change requests within 12 hours after purchase; these cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipping preparation begins.

Offers and lawful purchasing

Promotion terms may specify eligible customers or products, exclusions, minimum purchases, expiry dates, and other communicated conditions. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to completed orders retrospectively.

Products are offered for lawful use. Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized resale schemes, payment abuse, misuse of promotions, disruption of the website or checkout, and other unlawful conduct are prohibited.

Liability and protected consumer rights

As far as applicable law allows, OuiavNa™ and Xiamen Shudang Technology Co., Ltd. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, an order, or a product. These terms do not exclude or restrict statutory consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Revised terms may be posted on this page. Unless the law requires otherwise, a transaction is generally governed by the version in force when the order was placed.
