How do I order?

Choose your coffee item and any available options, add it to the cart, and follow checkout. An order confirmation is normally sent to the email address entered at checkout.

What is the preparation time?

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment authorization. Address or payment checks, demand, stock availability, holidays, preorders, and unusually large orders may take longer.

When should a U.S. parcel arrive?

Estimated standard U.S. carrier transit is generally 5–12 business days after dispatch. The separate preparation period is not included in that estimate.

Where can I see shipping charges?

Checkout shows available methods and charges before payment. Any qualifying free-shipping offer or promotion is displayed before the purchase is completed.

Where does fulfillment take place?

Depending on inventory and destination, we use our own operations or suitable fulfillment partners. Every order is not necessarily sent from the same local warehouse.

How do I follow delivery?

When tracking is available, we email the details after dispatch. Allow approximately 48 hours after label creation for the first carrier activity.

What should I do about a late or missing parcel?

Email service@ouiavna.com with your order number if tracking has not moved for an extended period, delivery is significantly outside its expected range, or a delivered parcel is still missing after reasonable checks.

Can an order be changed or canceled?

Email service@ouiavna.com within 12 hours after purchase. A change or cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or shipping preparation starts. There is no separate fee merely for submitting an eligible cancellation request.

Which payments and currency are used?

The methods enabled for your location appear at checkout and may include major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, or other supported options. Transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

What is the return window?

Eligible goods may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact Customer Care before shipping a return for authorization and the correct warehouse address.

What should a return request contain?

Send your order number, the item, the reason, and photos or video where needed to service@ouiavna.com. Do not automatically send a return to our business registration address.

Who covers return postage?

Customers generally pay for preference-based return shipping. For a confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed item, we provide an appropriate solution without requiring you to bear the reasonable return cost caused by that issue. Approved eligible returns carry no separate restocking fee.

How soon are refunds issued?

We normally inspect an authorized return within 5 business days of arrival at the designated facility. Following approval, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. Provider posting time is additional.

What if an item has a problem on arrival?

Tell us as soon as reasonably possible. Where possible, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include the order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label where relevant.
