Privacy Policy

How personal information is handled when you visit, shop, or contact OuiavNa™.

Updated October 24, 2026

Who this policy covers

Xiamen Shudang Technology Co., Ltd., trading as OuiavNa™, operates ouiavna.com and its related store services using Shopify. This policy applies to browsing, purchases and other transactions, account use, customer communications, and other interactions with those services. We are the controller of personal information for applicable data-protection purposes. Where purchase or website terms conflict with this notice about personal-information handling, this notice governs that handling. Using the services acknowledges that you have read and understood this policy.

Information connected with your visit or order

  • Contact and account details: name, email, telephone where supplied, billing and delivery addresses, usernames, account credentials, security questions, preferences, and settings.
  • Payment and transaction details: payment method, authorization or confirmation details, financial and payment information processed by payment providers, order history, products viewed, cart or wishlist activity, purchases, returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations. Complete card numbers are handled by authorized payment providers and are not stored on our own systems.
  • Messages: information you choose to provide to Customer Care or in other communications.
  • Technical and usage details: device, browser, network, IP address and other identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, how and when you navigate the services, and information collected by cookies or similar technologies.

Personal information includes details that identify, or can reasonably be linked to, a person, including relevant inferences. Anonymous or de-identified information that cannot be linked back to a person is not included in that definition. What we process depends on your interaction, location, and applicable law.

Where information comes from

You provide information when shopping, creating an account, contacting us, or otherwise using the services. Devices, cookies, and similar tools also supply information automatically. Service providers may collect or process information for us, and partners or other third parties may supply relevant information.

The purposes of processing

  • Providing and improving the store: process payments, fulfill orders, send account and shipment updates, remember preferences, maintain accounts, handle returns and exchanges, support reviews, personalize recommendations, and improve functions and performance.
  • Customer communication: answer questions, provide support, and maintain the customer relationship.
  • Marketing and measurement: measure store use, send permitted promotional emails, texts, or postal messages, and display or tailor advertising based on relevant activity, including activity across participating sites.
  • Safety and legal obligations: authenticate accounts, detect and investigate fraud or harmful activity, secure the store, protect public safety, comply with legal obligations and valid requests, participate in legal proceedings, and investigate or enforce terms.

Keep your account credentials private and do not share passwords or other access details.

Disclosure to others

As reasonably needed to operate the store, information may be shared with Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment partners, carriers, IT and technology vendors, cloud services, analytics providers, customer-support providers, marketing partners, and professional advisers. Business and advertising partners may process information under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when you request or authorize it, including for delivery or through social integrations; within our affiliated corporate group; to authorities when legally required; to protect rights and safety or enforce terms; and in a reorganization, financing, acquisition, sale, merger, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

Shopify and its services

Shopify hosts the store and processes information about access and use to provide and improve the services. Information submitted to the store may be transmitted to Shopify and service providers in other countries. Where Shopify enhanced features are used, Shopify may combine information from your interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify to support and improve those features, including personalized advertising. Shopify is responsible for its own processing in those circumstances and the associated rights requests.

Read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and visit the Shopify Privacy Portal for information and applicable choices.

Cookies, advertising choices, and email

Cookies and similar tools support essential functions, preferences, security, usage analysis, performance, and, where permitted, advertising or measurement. Depending on your location and the tools available, cookie banners, store privacy controls, or browser settings let you manage certain technologies.

Certain advertising-related disclosures may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted-advertising processing under applicable law. Where you have an opt-out right, use Your Privacy Choices. Where applicable, a Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out for the browser and device sending it; if associated with a Shopify account, the request may also be applied to that account. Other browser “Do Not Track” signals are not recognized. Details about GPC are available at globalprivacycontrol.org.

Use the unsubscribe link to stop promotional emails. Account, order, and other non-promotional messages may still be sent.

Retention and protection

Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, including account administration, order fulfillment, transaction records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, contract enforcement, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or electronic storage method is perfectly secure. Avoid sending sensitive or confidential details through insecure channels.

Rights available in your location

Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, you may request access or knowledge, correction, deletion, a portable copy or transfer, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, an opt-out of sale or sharing or targeted advertising, or an appeal of certain decisions. Rights may be subject to conditions, exceptions, and lawful refusal. For people in the EEA or UK, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent may apply in addition to the other stated rights. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

Contact service@ouiavna.com or use the controls indicated on the services. We may verify identity before acting. An authorized agent may make a request where permitted, but we can require proof of authority and direct verification. We respond within the period required by law and do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

Children and public or third-party spaces

The store is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information contrary to applicable law or knowingly sell or share information of people under 16. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion of information supplied by a child.

Third-party websites and services have their own privacy, security, and legal responsibilities. Review their terms when following links; we do not guarantee their content or practices. A link alone does not mean endorsement. Information posted in public or semi-public areas, including social networks, may be visible to other users or third-party platform users.

Processing across borders

Our company, customers, and providers can be in different countries, so information may be stored, transferred, or processed outside your country of residence. Where required, appropriate transfer measures apply. Transfers from the EEA or UK rely on recognized mechanisms such as European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or relevant UK equivalents, unless the destination has a recognized adequate level of protection.

Questions, complaints, and updates

Send privacy questions or complaints to service@ouiavna.com. Depending on local law, you may appeal a decision with us or complain to the competent data-protection authority. EEA authority information is available from the European Data Protection Board.

Operational, technological, legal, or regulatory changes may require revisions to this policy. We post the current version here, update the date, and give any notice required by law.
